I believe I am a hypcondriact but seriously I get really scared a nervous when I start thinking about having a mental illness

Is it just my anxiety like I have gone through worrying about having diabetes, to getting my gf pregnant without even having s*x, being a physco, all this c**p

Is it my anxiety? I have regular panic attacks daily but these worrying about mental illness and such began about last week

  1. You need to relax. Start exercising more and do meditation. Maybe join a gym or something to channel all this energy you're investing in worrying into something positive. You exercise, eat better and get plenty of sleep and your whole world will change. Use condoms and ask your gf to go on the pill for extra protection. Count to 10 when you feel stressed and breathe. Maybe talk with a professional, if you'd feel better. Focus on clearity of thought and reject negative thoughts or feelings.

  2. Please see a counselor to help you. This is not sarcasm... Counselors are there to listen and help you with your anxieties.
