Worse city and people?

I rather liked Belfast - much more of a real city than many of the more touristy areas.

Belfast isn't a dump.  I think the people there are friendly and maybe parts of it aren't great but every city is the same.  Dublin isn't as nice.....

Hey!! All of yiz leave Dublin alone!! Its not that frickin bad!! Just have to learn to avoid the 45 degree caps, the hoodies and the HUGE loopy earrings, other than that we're sound!!

dub is a good city!! im in uni ther its been the best time of my life.

galway is lovely....cork is cool...

now to answer ur question id have to say limerick...the city itself needs some regeneration...very shabby areas in the city centre.  cant say anything bout the people tho.

iv never been to belfast...think itd be cool place tho...apart  from anything those accents woah :)

I've never been to Ireland.  I have no idea what Belfast is like but still I think it is far better than other places because I like Irish people (I've met many).  Going there (hopefully this November) might change my mind ... who knows.  I understand you love this place and somethings hurt you but either change them,  change the way you see them,  or leave.

If you hate it so much why do you live there and make it into a bigger dump? Why have house prices risen faster here than any part of the world. Why do so many people strive to live here.?Why are you so anti your own city?

Belfast is no dump, alright it might freak people from outside of Ireland a bit but i think segregation is great.  I'm from Belfast i wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I think Dublin is a dump, alright yeah more museums and theaters and art stuff but its too big too noisy and has too many outsiders using it for stag and hen parties.  At least outsiders in Belfast know to behave themselves or else!

I think Belfast is a very nice city!

1. The people are friendly

2. Statistics have proven that Belfast is one of the safest cities in Europe

3.When im home in Belfast  i feel safe in other parts of the UK and even the world im always conscious of my bag or walking alone at night but i always feel safe in Belfast

4. Its a developing city and constantly changing with infrastructure etc.

Other cities i have been to are a lot lot worse!!

I'm not to keen on Glasgow, but maybe that's because Ive just had a bad experience there.

I live near Belfast, and do agree but to be fair it is coming along really quickly. It's a decent enough place but the accent is absolutely horrible, especially the West Belfast accent.

Dublin is worse than Belfast I reckon.
