Worst commentating @ Freo VS Brisbane game?

Grrr i hate the fact those commentators couldn't get a single name right! "To Mundy"- when it obviously was a mark from Rhys Palmer! When Brett Peake was running along with the ball they said Ryan Crowley. Garghhh anyone else notice?

Yes. I agree. It had to be the worst of the weekend. Though all commentators now seem only to want to yell louder than their co-commentators!

Yes. I notice it every week.

That's why I have the volume always turned down very low (completely off if MacAvaney is on). I watched it on Foxtel - not so many ads!

Half the commentators only get the big names right on a regular basis - that's who they are really only looking at most of the time. They don't take enough notice of the second tier players to get their identities right as often. Especially if it isn't a Melbourne team - as most of the commentators are from that town.

haha YES!!! i agree totally!

that game was so bad to watch, not only because of the commentators messing up the names but also because they were incredibly boring commentators aswell! sometimes its the commentators who can really make a situation exciting!!

yeah i have noticed lately that rhys palmer in particular is always getting called something else. especailly when byron schammer is playing.... schammer gets all the credit for rhys's work =P
