Worst companies to work for in Edinburgh?

I work for the worst company in Edinburgh who have no training and no induction programme , hence why i wish to leave and this has shattered my confidence in the work place it has de movitaved me.

  1. Sounds as if your company is not a lot different from any other company in Edinburgh. Most induction courses are about Health and Safety issues and Company rules and regulations, and could be done in ten minutes if they didn't pad them out to keep the trainers in a job. Training is mostly done on the job, it's less expensive than running training courses.

    Try speaking to your supervisor and explain your dis-satisfaction and how you feel. It can't do any harm and at least, you will get it off your chest and may hopefully improve your position.


  2. it has to be tesco, i worked in tesco corstorphin for 5 years and it is shocking. you are treated like dirt. most people geat a welcome back interview if they have been of sick for one day, or even if they have been sent home ill. yet there are people there who are alwayes off and nothing is said to them and over all you just get treated like dirt  particularly from the irish manager from the grocery department, i wont say his name. DON'T WORK IN TESCO
