Worst dream ive ever had?

Question

i was in a hotel, and a guy had a gun and shot some people, i was standing next to a elevator but i didnt go in, and then the scene totally changes and i was walking down a city, but everyones face seemed mutilated, or like burned or something, and they were all looking at me, i then walked into a building, and there was a guy holding a gun at it again, but this time i went into the elevator, and i went up and came to a floor, everything was on fire, and i walked into a room with someone i apprently knew (i dont know its a dream!!) and some wierd things were happening like a roar of a tiger came out of nowhere, the computer screen was floating, and the guy i knew said "I think hes trying to communicate with us" thats when i said "sike" and i was back outside some how and the whole city had burned to the ground, dosent sound scary, but that was the worst dream ive had in my life

What's very interesting is that at first when you saw the guy with the gun you left the building, you avoided confrontation. But outside in your avoidance, things were distorted and disfigured. So you get pushed toward the confrontation again and this time go into the elevator. The upstairs is choatic, on fire, and scary, very out of control.

It sounds like you are keeping yourself from experiencing something. Something that if you could confront would "elevate" you, which could mean an achievement of a sort, or enlightenment, anything you might associate with going up (haha, what would freud say!).

It is something that is starting to surface quite a bit which is why you had to go back to the elevator, and it probably is because you are in a state of distortion or maybe kind of a "dead" state.

I have a hard time guessing about the floor you came to. It just seems like whatever you have to confront, or this ascension you need to make is very anxiety-provoking and scary but that you are unhappy, even if rarely on the surface of your conscious, with yourself for something, possibly not moving.

that is weird.. i dont know. dreams are hard to under stand the way  i see it dreams are all of our thoughts from the previous day or even previous year mashed up into one story that makes no sence!
