One that hasn't been listed is Burt's Bees.  They don't test on animals and have a huge line of products from shampoos to lip gloss to lotion.

I don't know if there is a trader joe's near you but any Tom's Naturals products don't test on animals either.  They may have those at local health food stores.  They come with everything from deodorant to toothpaste.

L'Oreal. Badbadbadbadbad. They test practically everything on animals. So does Cover Girl.

MAC is cruelty free, and Hard Candy has a great "vegan" section on their site. I think Revlon is CF now, too.

All those lists above are great BUT a word of warning................

Some companies are a little bit sneaky when advertising.

They say they don’t test on animals and whilst that may be true it may not be strictly true because some of the by-products they buy in to make their product may have actually been tested on animals.

By law, they don't need to disclose that bit of information. So by buying their products you are still supporting testing on animals, even though you think you are doing the right thing.
