ok so we all know this a waste of time to watch. why would nascar keep calling cautions? the teams knew what they had to go thru! it's not like there aren't tracks that eat tires quick. maybe not that quick but still. it would of been a better race. every team were on the same page. Yes i know the tires went before the fuel did. but back in the old days of rockingham it was the same way. teams would pit way before fuel would be gone and before they paved darlington. that track eat tires like nothing. i think the last 50 laps should of been run under green. what do you guys think?????

  1. This race in my opinion is the sissification of Nascar.

They want a pretty little race with no "problems".They want 10 commercials every 15 minutes and now they add cautions.

Its sad, disappointing and another reason why I dont watch.I did see Daytona, and this mess. What a joke.

  2. It was pretty bad but I have seen worse back in the 70's !

  3. Yes, but it's time to move on.

Jimmie did a good job, his team did a good job.

  4. Unless you missed the entire race you would have seen why they couldn't run 50 green flag laps.  Someone would blow a tire after about 15 laps and either wreck or put a bunch of debris down like Matt Kenseth did.

Unlike those tracks you mentioned there was no warning to the tire going bad.  It was fine then it exploded.  Those tracks the tire wore out quickly but consistently.

  5. Define "we all". I enjoyed the race. 7/10.

  6. making me not wanting to watch sh1ty boring races !!!

  7. For their safety, possibly run at least 35-50 laps under green and let the chips fall....

This was the worst so called race in Nascar History and will not be forgotten!

  8. It would have been even a little better if at 20 to go they LET IT GO instead of having the one 10 to go too.

  9. What "emiller1" said. Goodyear totally blew the compound for the track. Kenseth had a tire explode at 185 mph, tore the entire right rear of the car off. You didn't see that. Took the track workers about twenty minutes to pick up bits (not pieces, BITS) of rubber and car parts.

  10. It was the worst yet---

  11. Safety and trying to waste race laps to end the race.

  12. I would have to say it was so far the worst race that I have seen this year.  ANd this year has been pretty boring.

Junior made a comment that this was the best nascar could do race wise cutting short of stopping the race entirely.

  13. Couldn't watch the whole race, had to do it in bits and pieces- just too boring.
