  1. The absolute worst time of day to be in the sun is when you're not wearing sunblock.

  2. The worst time of the day to be in the sun is from 11:00 in the morning till 4:00 in the afternoon. If u want to sit in the sun in that time u should probably put a lot of sunscreen and sit for a maximum of 15 to 20 min. before this timing or after u can sit as much as u want with a little sunscreen plus u can add some oil in that case.

  3. At mid day when the sun is at its highest and or around 10:30 am to 2:45 pm.

  4. Supposedly, the hottest point of the day is between 2pm and 4pm. I guess the sun would the worst during them times. Not positive though.

  5. The worst time is apparently 10 am to 3 pm. It's realllly hot then, and the sun's rays are more direct. Supposedly, being out during that time makes it more likely to get skin cancer.

  6. 3 pm is when the sun is at it's highest peak.

  7. 10 am - 2 pm

  8. Skin cancer and skin damage are caused by being exposed to the sun’s harmful ultraviolet radiation (UVR).  The key to preventing skin cancer is to protect your skin from the sun by practising sun safe behaviours.

There are six simple steps you can follow to reduce your risk of skin cancer and protect your skin:

Minimise your time in the sun between 10am and 3pm

    Seek shade

Wear suitable clothing that provides good sun protection

Choose a broad brim, legionnaire-style or bucket-style hat that will protect your face, neck and ears

    Wear sunglasses

Apply SPF 30+ broad spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen 20 minutes before you go out into the sun.

  9. Between 11 and 3, hop under a tree! Slip slop slap!!!

  11. 2 pm to 4 pm

  12. When the sun is the highest in the sky...between 11am and 2pm.

  13. UV rays are most harmful 11am to 3pm. Usually more harmful towards the afternoon.

  14. 11am to 3 pm

  15. People are going to say all different times. I have read 10-2 in a Home Remedy book. Online I just visited 2 different sites, one saying 10-3, the other saying 10-4. Basically whenever the sun is out, it's best to get as little as possible. So cover up!

  16. 2 - 5 pm is the hottest time of the day, if you are worried about temperature. The sun's UV rays are the most damaging between 11- 3 pm.

  18. the sun gets to its hottest point between 12 - 3 depending on where you are , on the earlier side if your closer to the equader

  19. when the sun is highest in the sky.  Normally mid afternoon.  That is when the air quality starts to diminish and the uv rays are most harmful

  20. 2-4

  21. midday-3pm. the sun is at its highest in the sky and therefore is at its strongest. if you go out at this time in the sun and are reasonably exposed you will probably get sun burnt so its important to use sun block around this time, and if you have to go out try and stay in the shade cos the sun can do some damage at this point!
