I wouldn't say worst but pretty bad. New Delhi.

I gets SO hot in summers that people die. It gets about 45-46 degrees C.

And in winters it gets so cold, about 0 degrees C but it doesn't snow!

And monsoons are non existent.

So it is extremely hot or extremely cold all year around!
