Worth it? 3D/4D ultrasounds?

Has anyone had a 3D/4D scan and thought the price was worth it? I'm thinking of trying to save the money to get one done because they are ranging from 100-200 or so in my area. I just wanted to hear other's thoughts. Also what's the best week to try to get one done?
