  1. HI

    Yes

To start with you'll have 45 more cubic inches. and if you want to build it up you'd be better off. I all ways say

    "THERE NO REPLACEMENT FOR DISPLACEMENT"

    good luck

  2. I don't see why not if you have the money to get it done.  It shouldn't be too hard of a replacement...I think the 305 and 350 blocks are essentially the same size, so it shouldn't be a tough fit.  350s are also the most plentiful engine out there, and you can buy any kind of combo starting on the cheap for that car.  There are probably a million kits to build one up yourself too.  Parts are abundant and I'd imagine that almost any mechanic who's worked on a domestic car knows how to work on a 350...they're pretty simple.  Depending on your transmission, it's probably even a direct bolt-on, though I'd recommend maybe a tune-up or a little beefin' up for it before you start throwing any more horsepower through it than it's used to.  Keep in mind too, the higher you get that HP number, the more you're going to have to replace behind the engine to keep everything together.

  3. sure why not many had 350 any ways

  4. sure is, a 350 is a much better engine than the 305 and has more horsepower, a very smart move.
