To extract the active ingredients from the coca leaves, they use cement and petrol...apparently.

Cocaine in leaf form is pure natrual so it's just grown.  However they convert it too powder which can be snorted for a quick high or can be converted to crack which is smoked.

Alot of c**p is added when converting to powder freebase so it's unfair to call it natrual.

Off the top my head they trim and cut the leaves finely, add cement then some caustic acid, some ammonia,some gasoline/petrol then Quicklime.

These are the main items you find in cocaine, it is also filtered sevral times.

It's then imported into the US or UK and then it's cut with other c**p to make it more bloated.

I hate when someone asks a good question like this someone assumes they are going to try it, to try it you'd need coca leaf.

Pure cocaine is cocaine, nothing else.

Edit: Looking at "COCO's" answer, it's from the CocA plant, not the cocOA plant.

And it's made of oxygen, hydrogen and nitrogen - molecular chemists might be able to make it, but no one else can!
