The only hotel within walking distance of London Stansted airport is the SAS Radisson which is two minutes walk away from the airport. This is not a b&b though...

You need a car or take a bus/shuttle to get to any other hotel or b&b as there really aren't any pedestrian paths around the airport.

The b&b options given by the other person seem like good ideas. =)
