  1. your age is great.

it could be that you are tryign to hard to concieve that you are having the trouble.

if you have had fertility tests done and all is fine it could be that you are both stressing about it to much. i was ttc exdp and i tried for ever with no sucess. then we both said thats enough we just couldnt do it anylonger. within 3 months i got pregnant.

also there are some great suppliments you can try and help you out a bit. also i'd go and have a chat with your gp and see what they surgest

    good luck

  2. I think your ages are fine - you are in prime ttc age category.

Your husband should wear loose boxers not briefs, limit bike riding, no hot baths/spas or anything similar.

Do you know that you regularly ovulated every month? - I suggest you start charting your temps in the morning to pinpoint ovulation - it may be that you don't ovulate every month like you think. In this case try Vitex (but research it before using it see make sure you are compatible). Try drinking lots of green tea, and reduce stress. A stressed body will not get pregnant! Try seeing an acupuncturist - some specialise in fertility treatment and is proven to be quite effective.

  3. If everything is fine, then the timing must be off.  I'm assuming you know your cycle and when your fertile time of the month is.  Sometimes it just takes time.  If you're being "consumed" by it and it's all you can think about, it sometimes makes it harder.  Once you just "stop trying", let nature take it's course and do everything as you did before you started trying, normally that's when it will happen.

With me, it seemed the harder I tried and more I dwelled on it, it never happened.  Finally I just gave up.  My husband and I went about life as we did before and didn't "try so hard", we had s*x when we wanted to.  We stopped calculating fertile time, and checking temperature, etc.  Well that's when it happened.  Once we finally relaxed and stop worrying ourselves silly, we got pregnant.

Hope this helps.  At least you know there are no problems, everything checked out fine.  Just relax and give it a little time.

  4. There are pregnancy supplements which can improve fertility like Elevit for women and Menevit for blokes.

They have been tested in clinical trials.

Don't drink, smoke, or do drugs.  Your age is fine - your under 35 he's under 40.

    Good luck.
