In the movie, it never had a name. However, it was filmed on the USS Enterprise, the real name for it.

The carrier was the USS Enterprise. You can see the large 65 (Enterprise's number) on the side of the carrier. You can also see "USS Enterprise CVN-65" on the captain's hat during the movie. So, even though it never entered the dialogue, it was the Enterprise.

P.S. The Enterprise is not a Nimitz class carrier.
