Araldite is pretty good. Epoxy based, sets quickly, and sticks practically anything to anything.

any clear silicone mastick will do, guttering/plumbing/cheapest flexible stuff is ok.

3M Super Weatherstrip Adhesive.

Use the balck. It can be found at any parts store.

Go to B&Q and get 'EvoStik' SERIOUS STUFF. Black tube - works great & sticks just about anything together. Takes about 45mins to 'set' and 24hours to 'cure'. You MAY have to tape the trim in position - but it WILL bond amazingly well.

And...don't use araldite - it'll just fall off.
