  1. I would say that is completely contingent upon his behaviors and actions... Age doesn't make a "man".

  2. Depends upon their mental state,,,some never grow up.

  3. depends on how he or she acts and behaves, i do no that boys stop growing in hight once they reach 20 years old

  4. When I was 18 or 19, I would have thought that was a 'grown man', but now that I'm much older, I had no idea how clueless I was at that age, and long after, to be honest.

    The problem is this:

There is SO much BS, urban myth, lies, and political propaganda that is just everywhere in our culture (movies, TV shows, what most people think is the 'truth'), that when you're around that age, you figure you really have your sh%t together.

Fast forward 10-15 years, and you have witnessed cycles of 'knowledge' in our culture, stuff that everyone just 'knows' is true, change COMPLETELY.

So you start being very suspicious, thinking about why these people in the media say some of this stuff, etc., and you really develop observation and decision making skills from all of this.

    (At least SMART people do...).

For instance, when I was in high school, they were freaking out about GLOBAL COOLING.

I'm not kidding. So you see the exact same thing, after observing that we did NOT all die from Global Cooling, and you go 'uh huh, right'.

It's the same with a lot of other things, that govern how a person makes decisions on moral issues, trust issues, being dedicated and responsible, etc.

So, I very rarely see 19 year olds who I'd say are not thinking and acting like 'kids'.

They value their social entertainment over REAL responsibilities, they're still whining about everything they don't like in their lives and in the world, complaining when things don't go their way, thinking everything is everyone else's fault, instead of accepting things they can't change, and taking responsibility and DOING SOMETHING about things they CAN change.

THAT is the difference between how 'kids' behave, and how 'grown men/women' behave.

  5. If he pays his own bills. He is a grown as s man. If someone has to help him pay his way then he is still a kid.

  6. Still a kid
