With a lot of modifications... the short answer is yes... it is possible. You will invest as much in the suspension mods as the rims are worth.

I think that in a very short time, this fad will hopefully go away, and then you will be left with a car that you can't sell, give away, or actually drive.  You will have more money involved in this project than than the car is worth.  If you have money to throw away, buy a newer car and make something that you can drive.  Just my opinion, of course.

No or not well. Why the h**l would you want 24s? 18-20s is big enough for a car.

That would look really stupid. Not just normal stupid, but REALLY stupid.

Please don't destroy that wonderfully built machine. 24's WILL tear up your suspension. Best rule to go by is only go 3inches larger than stock rims. Get a Nissan Titan or a QX56 for something that large. Trust me bro we don't need more attention than we already attract...and you already know what type of unwanted attention I'm talking about....
