Would 5mm bmx frame dropouts fit 14mm axels?

I'm looking to buy a new frame (subrosa pandora 2008), and I've noticed that the dropouts are 5mm, would this fit the 14mm axels on my current bmx? (we the people nova 2008),

The 5mm measurements are the THICKNESS of the dropout, not the size of the axle. I would check the frame specs just to be sure... they may be for 3/8" axles.
