yeah i guess. why not? i just finished the series this summer and i am in HS. and im not sure, but if u want to see if its online u can go to scribd.com and type in the last battle by CS Lewis and see if it has it. that is where i read the whole twilight series, and they also had harry potter so they probably also have the choronicles of narnia =D

No, The Last Battle, like the rest of The Chronicles of Narnia series, would be considered a children's book. According to Scholastic http://shop.scholastic.com/webapp/wcs/st... the grade level is 3 to 5. (Don't get me wrong: as an adult I still love The Chronicles of Narnia series, but it is not considered an adult series. C.S. Lewis wrote in his dedication to The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe to his Goddaughter, Lucy: "As a result you are already too old for fairy tales, and by the time it is printed and bound you will be older still. But some day you will be old enough to start reading fairy tales again." I agree with that and have arrived at the time when I again appreciate such works! I'd think a high school student might have arrived at the time when he could enjoy them.)

It's not really short. It's just a short novel, I guess. The entire series is for children, but can be enjoyed by all ages. I would say, though, that the Last Battle is the darkest of all books. I don't think it's available on the internet. His family still holds the copyrights, I think.
