You know who he is,the man would finished last with his dad in Barcelona 1992,i'm writing fan mail to him,do you think he would write back?

Possibly. The thing with fan mail is that you must write it without expectation. Nobody knows for sure what a person is like, what their schedule is like, or if they even personally will see the mail (sometimes an assistant screens fan mail, etc). Write him, tell him what you want him to know, then let it go. If you get a response it is icing on the cake.
