Would Germany be willing to help Third World countries with Global Warming problems?

In this case I mean, helping them develop or funding clean energy sources such as wind, solar.

  3. I think so.  The world is starting to realize that everyone must work together and help each other on this.

    Kyoto hasn't worked very well.  I expect, now that global warming is proven, we'll have a new and better treaty.

  4. Politically the Greens are quite vocal in the German Parliament. I imagine that Germany will try to focus not only on their own gas emissions and developing alternative energy sources but also look at the bigger picture and that includes the Third World.

  5. My question is why would a country hamper its own development to assist with (the perceived threat of) global warming when the more developed countries couldn't give a toss.

    Another way of keeping the black man down, perhaps?
