Would Gym Class Heroes be appropriate for children?

they are ages 6 and 7, I would hate to let this listen to something inapproprate

it has too much s*x refrence.

and the sensored versions of the profane ones

but its kind of rap... generally parents don't want kids to listen to rap until a bit older. but its your call.

it'll be better to buy the edited version just in case, but that is a group with decent conten for chilldren, either them or lupe fiasco.

Im not sure I understand the Gym Class Heroes concept , but it sounds appropriate?

I don't think so, some of their music has a sexual innuendo to the songs.  Try some techno or music with no words, can't go wrong there!  Or perhaps something in a different language :)

I would not recommend that they listen to their album, As Cruel As School Children, the lyrics are suggestive and other such bad things young children shouldn't listen to. But on the TMNT(teenage mutant ninja turtles) music album, the have a song called shell shock which is appropriate for 6 and 7 year olds.

as long as you keep them in public school, they'll learn everything by middle school.
