* I can get an ''Intent to Employ'' form, and then I can apply for an employment certificate.

* Here in Louisiana, I can get a job, but there are restrictions on the hours.

Ex: I can work 8 hours a days for 5 days

on days I don't have school.

I can work 3 hours a day for days I do

have school on.

Youll probably have a better chance at something that A. isnt corporate. B. a place that knows you arent going anywhere for a while. (meaning you can committ to weekends and during the school year and summer) and C. you show maturity beyond your years the first time you step in the place. and as for the employment certificate, its pretty much the same as a work permit.
