Question:

Would I Be Right In Saying... (a Q about Trading Standards)?

That there is no legal requirement for a company to offer a full refund (cash/credit or debit card way) if the product was not faulty and is merely an unopened/unwanted Christmas present. If the product was faulty then they would duely refund the money but since it isn't and the product is fine, is a customer still entitled to make a claim for a full refund?

And I only ask because I've had too many customers not believe me over this - be nice to those serving you on the High Street folks..
