Would I able to find this car for 3-4 thousand at a car auction?

I'm really stuck on this car lol.

I live in San Diego, California and there seems to be quite a few car auction places around here

You can get the 2002 Honda Civic at the lower price range of about $6000-7000 at auctions and used car sales. Anything lower than that would be possible only if the car has run up some miles and/or the dealer is eager to sell. Still, if you're keen on the Honda Civic, try the 2001 model. Also keep a lookout for online deals as you might find something close there.

You might able to find a car like that at an auction depending on the day, when you go, who else is there, etc. But most likely it'll will cost at least $5,000.

Do you really make $3000-$4000 a week. You should never buy a car that costs more than you make in a week. I mean the whole price, not payments.
