Would I be able to pass a breathalyzer test??

Question

I plan on drinking 4 beers friday night between 10:00 pm to 11:30 PM

I weigh 150 pounds....

I plan on driving home 5:30 AM (from my cousins house)

Now would I pass the test?? 4 beers and 6 hours to sober up...

only 20, huh?  Well, I'd drink plenty of water and if you get pulled over just tell them your driving back from a gf/bf's house. If it's been 6 hours since you drank, they should have no reason to even breathalyze you. they'd give u a Field sobriety test first. Which you should pass.

you would pass but if they give u the test in the first place then itz a pretty good indicator they can tell u hav been drinking.every beer,shot,and glass of wine raises ur % .02.ur body will burn it off at .01 per hour.so even tho ur under the limit, if they have reason to test u u will get a ticket.but no jailtime.

You should be fine, the rule of thumb is that it takes 1 hour to metabolize one drink.
