  1. I tried to do it in 1993 (or maybe 94) in Middletown Township.  I was on the beach for less than 10 minutes, before a policeman came up to me with a flashlight and told me that it was illegal to be on the beach after a certain time (unfortunately, I forgot the time).  He walked me back to my car and after running my driver's license and finding out that I was okay, he let me go with a warning.

  2. It's technically illegal in New Jersey to sleep on the beach unless you have a permit. You could give it a try, If you get caught best case senario they just ask you to leave worse case they arrest you and fine you. If you want to try to get a permit you need to contact that town's or cities council.

  3. if you wanna get mugged

  4. I'm not sure why you would want to.
