  1. Better in Cairo cause Pound worth a lot there.. and you won't have to pay for exchange fees..

  2. You can't get Egyptian Pounds in the UK, you'll have to wait until you get to Cairo.

  3. Cairo !!!

  4. 100% in cairo you will get a much better exchange rate than here in the UK and you will find many places where you will be able to do this.  You will collect £1 notes (egyptian) whilst over there try to use them in Egypt as if you plan to exchange back to sterling in the UK they do not exchange from 1 Egyptian £ and below.

    Have a good time.

  5. I Never exchange at an airport or hotel the exchange rate is very poor in comparison to the banks in Egypt. You will find these everywhere in Cairo, even some big hotels have banks inside them close to reception area which are open until about 10pm.  All banks close on Fridays&Saturdays so make sure you change enough before those days to tide you over. £'s $'s & euro's are accepted in most places throughout Cairo but always check the rate 1st before handing over your money.

    Have a good trip.

  6. The exchange rate in Egypt is better for you. There are many exchange offices as well as banks in the airport and in hotels.

  7. everybody exchanges foreign currency to Egyptian pounds in Egypt .

try not to exchange all you have , but only part of it .

when you spend this part, exchange more so as not to have too many Egyptian pounds .

when you go back to the UK , you would lose when you exchange the LE to Sterling .

  8. You can buy Egyptian Pounds in London, however the rate is better in Cairo. When you change the money, ask for plenty of small notes (LE10 and below). Otherwise you will be given LE50 or LE100 notes which are almost impossible to change. Another reason or exchanging in Egypt, as few beureaux de change in London carry small denomination Egyptian notes.

  9. cairo

    EXPENSIVE!!

    EXCAHNGE THERE IN CAIRO

    have fun
