Would I be considered a junior golfer if I'm 18?

Would I be eligible for junior golf tournaments or would I have to enter in amateur tournaments?

  1. Junior golfers can compete in State junior tournaments through the age of 18. They are not eligible if they will turn 19 during the playing of the tournament.  The player is always an amateur and is eligible to play in any state tournament provided he meets the eligibility standard( handicap limit)  and pays the entry fee prior to closing date  or maximum number of contestants allowed.


  2. yu can go into junior tournaments, usually like 16-18 divisions.

  4. at my course then no but ive heard that at others its up untill you turn 19
