I am a left-handed, female, caucasian, lower middle class high school senior. My senior year schedule is as follows:

1. Physical Education/Applied Life Skills

2. Senior band

3. French 3

4. Spanish 4 (honors spanish)

5. Journalism

6. English 12

7. Trigonometry (Advanced Math 2)

8. Early College- Psychology/Sociology

My school doesn't offer any AP, honors, or international baccalaureate classes. I'm ranked 17 out of 69 students, because I have worked a part-time job since I turned 16, and I am a member of 13 extra curricular activities. I am an officer of 3 of them. I am also Class of 2009 Secretary. I am a volunteer firefighter, a certified first responder. My SAT scores are: 610 in reading, 620 in writing, and 580 in mathematics. I want to go into the medical field, eventually achieving an MD. I'm thinking of pairing a pre-med program with sociology. What are your suggestions, and am I likely to be accepted?

  1. Well luv, I don't think being a lefty, female or Caucasian is going to get you any points.  But to assist you, please see link below.

Additionally, you can always start at a JC >Junior or Community College > & transfer in after 2 years.

    Best wishes
