  1. YES!!!

If she is not giving you and your baby support then yes you qualify.  And it will be great because they will help you go to school.  You will be required to do a certain number of school or work.  Be sure to get reimbursement for your books, course fees, and your mileage or bus passes.

  2. Maybe. I'm a single mom too, they will ask you for a lot of info, the first thing they will ask is, are you collecting child support? if not they will have you open a case, it's part of the process, you have to show them proof of income for the household, you have to eighther be in school or at least working part time; if you do qualify it will only be for a maximum of 2 yrs. but this is based on California laws, maybe in other states it is different, good luck.

  3. Yes you and child would. So go and apply.

I've been there at one point of my life.

This is what I pay taxes for. To give you some peace of mind while you attend to bettering your family's  life.

I am glad to support you and child while you get on your feet.

You will have he opportunity in the future to pay it forward.
