I just want to know what you all think! I'd be at least another year or two before I'd be able to enroll in an art school. Do you think my art is good enough? Do you like my art? Can you give any good critique???

My art now: http://bigboobsmcgoo.artspots.com/

A comparison of where my art was a year ago: http://d.furaffinity.net/art/bigboobsmcgoo/1210225984.bigboobsmcgoo_vast_improvement_.png

I love my art. I draw every-freekin-day I love it so much. Right now I'm exploring human anatomy and drawing still-life. Hopefully, by the end of this school year, I'll be three times as good as I am now! That's how it was last year (as you can tell from that last link!)

  1. I couldn't open the last years one but the art that you've been doing latly is amazing. It's 100% sure you will make it in. But the problem is there was only about 9 pics there. I believe you that you draw every day. Same here I'm in year 6 and I draw every day to. All you need is more pics on the internet.

  2. Yo answered your question yourself! you love art. i'm in an art school and it could have been the best decision i could have ever made!!

Your stuff is fantastic. Keep on practicing and you will become a master at this!

  3.   You show alot of talent.  However, you will need to demonstrate that you can do alot of different art...not just fantasy art.  The human form, still life, representational art and some free form things.  Just a wide array of subjects and media.

No doubt you have a real good start.  Now you need to grow in all different directions.  An artist needs balance like anything else.  Take some classes..try some different paints pens etc.

Start a portfolio and work towards that art school.

Sounds like you are on the right path!!!

  4. Bluntly, they are very good, but if ALL you show are Furries I don't think you will necessarily get accepted.  If I were you, I would try to present a broad spectrum of pictures, and if possible, get advice for presenting both older and newer pictures -- they all definitely show talent and some of the best things about them are the things they have in common.

I failed at a lot of art schools and didn't get in to several.  Take it from me, schools want to be sure to pick people who are willing to do the course work, whether they like the course work or not.  Neatness counts and an understanding that you want to make beautiful things.  The idea is that if you want to do furries period, you will have plenty of time for that after you leave school.  I don't want to disrespect this as work, it is good work, but as a basis for a portfolio it is not enough.

  5. i was drawing still -life for the past month and i think your art is fine but with entering art school u will be better. good luck.
