Would I get into trouble for pushing my car down the street by cops?

My car is broken down SO close to my house. The lot it's in will tow it if it stays much longer. Would I get into trouble for pushing my car down the road by cops?

I live in Dallas Texas. Just didn't know the law concerning that.

lol no, they might stop to help you though.

If it's about a block, try getting a couple of people to help you push it or another car to push it. A tow bar would be OK, but not chains. If the cop is nice, he might even help you.

Maybe... If you really do, I wouldn't push it down the middle of the street. I'm not so sure how busy Dallas is.

No, as long as you do so safely.  Do not block the roadway, or interfere with traffic.

Does this mean the cops are pushing your car down the street?  They won't mind unless you obstruct traffic.
