Would I look better with straight teeth?

Question

My friend thinks since my teeth kinda, well, make me who I am [haha] that I would look weird after braces. What do you think? Oh, and would I look stupid with braces? [Clear?]

thats stupid..get braces expecially if ur parents offer..i mean ur teeth arent that bad..but who doesnt want straighter teeth?

Honestly your teeth are not bad at all.  Sure perfect teeth are

a bonus but average is ok.   Ask your dentist about your concerns and go over your options.

Aw, your such a cutie!!!!! Don't you want to lokk the best you can?? Your teeth are already pretty straight, so it wouldn't take that long. Consider your age, talk to your orthodontist about how long it looks like you would need them on for. I am 17, and I got braces about a year ago and I am going to get them off soon. I think you wouldn't look weird (come on, there braces!!). Keep in mind that they hurt like a ***** the first week. Good Luck.

Hi, you have beautiful teeth but they could be a little closer.  I would say you probably just need a retainer to push your teeth together.  I don't think that is too bad.

If you're going off to college, don't get braces.  If you're between 6th - 11th grade, I would suggest it.  You're teeth aren't really that bad...  But still, you don't want to change your mind and get braces when you're like 30.

girl your teeth look fine. your super young and cute. very pretty, i can see how your teeth suite you. but once you become older more in your 20's im sure your going to want straighter teeth. i say go for it. your still young. Your friends say they look fine now cuz your still young. but like i said once you want to look more mature and you dont want that "cute" look anymore, your going to want the braces and you dont want them when your an adult..

Be who u are, Kelsey. If u like it everywhere, then keep it like that. It's ur choice and ur just getting influenced by friends. I think you look great anyway.

It would also look ok with braces but its ur choice. One thing, be who u are and don't be influenced just by ur friendsl.

Um listen to whatever your dentist or orthodontist say, because people on yahoo answers and your friends aren't the best at deciding what is best for your teeth. After braces, you would probably have better tooth alignment which would help with biting and eating, so I'm thinking braces will be fine. They're not terrible, they just need a little professional work. I had clear braces for 2 years and they didn't make my teeth look chunky like that guy said because I naturally have pretty good size (not beaver!) teeth. Pic to show you how braces help....My canine teeth a long time ago did not want to budge to come down so they were like half way in and I had to have braces to fix that and a slight over bite..So now I look better like this:

Braces may look goofy at first, but the result is amazing! Compare a few years with braces, with the rest of your life with flawless teeth! I have been stuck with braces for about 3 years now, and throughout those 3 years i've been dreaming of my perfect teeth. Don't worry, they day will come when you thank your friend for telling you to get braces.

I can't see anything wrong with your teeth!! They don't look like they need braces at all...So i guess they wouldn't look that different after braces...I doubt you'd look stupid with braces if your gettin them...most people have them...better to have braces for a year or two and have nice teeth for ever after!! x*x

you would look different with braces. you can try invisalines to close the gaps. lol no offence. but you have fairly straight teeth. there pretty but if you want like no gaps then try invisalines. there about as expesive as normal braces maybe a lil more. lol hope i helped! vote me for best comment!   :)

Your teeth look pretty straight to me. It's all about personal preference, make a pro and con list, also try not to care what other people think, decide about your teeth for yourself.
