If I move to England a week or so before applying to Oxford or Cambridge would I still be considered an overseas student?

  1. If you apply directly to the university and get accepted, independent of where you apply from, you will not be considered an oerseas student, from what I understand. At least that's how it is where I am. People always think I'm an overseas student because I am foreign, but if you don't go as an exchange student, you should not be considered an overseas student.


  2. No, and you can't just move to London unless you're a residdent of an EU country.

  3. you got to have an acceptance letter from them first to be considered an overseas student...
