  1. I'm 100% American born & Raised, family has been in America since the Civil war and I'm totally head over heals in love with my Cuban Fiancee of 8 years. So, I would say I love the Cuban people! They have helped bring cuban coulture to America and have extensively helped the economy.

    Hope this Helped!

  2. We think they're hot like you mama cita!

  3. Habana, The Cubans of America are divided along generational lines.  The older generation who escaped Castro and hence felt his oppression, many having lost great fortunes stolen by him are very hardline anti-Castro and desire the US (and the world) to pressure him out of office.

The younger generation, born in America, desires that America set aside old differences and re-open relations with Cuba.

Castro and the American government have entrenched their politics too solidly to open diplomatic doors between them.  Castro must die of old age before that can be considered by American politicians.  As Latin America continues to swing back to the far left side of politics, it decreases the liklihood that Cuba will return to democracy.

In general though it is the government of Cuba that Americans take issue with.  The people of Cuba are well liked and most with any knowledge in depth of the situation long for the day when Cuba is returned to its status of valuable ally.  Prior to Castro, Cuba was one of the best economies in Latin America and a very close ally, which is a large reason why we have welcomed so many Cubans into our society, particularly after Castro began to abuse his citizens.
