I cant believe how idolised Keegan seems to be by the fans of the clubs he works for when he jumps ship every time the going gets a bit rough.

  1. na

  2. Keegan is a master of letting everyone pity him. He was right to leave Newcastle, but he was idealistic on returning in the first place. He MUST have known the score before he put pen to paper he MUST have seen the slew of demotivated managers that pre-empted his arrival.

Part vanity, part reciprocated devotion to the NUFC fans, Keegan does what Keegan does. Gives in and blames someone else.

    How utterly predictable.

  3. He jumped ship when he came to the conclusion he wasn't managing the team, and had no say on which players to bring in.

He is adored by fans for a number of reasons : i) the exciting style of football he's known for (except for England) ii) the fact he wears his heart on his sleeve, and you know he cares
