Would Kobe Bryant even be a starter if he was a member of the Boston Celtics?

as a Celtics fan, i hate Kobe. but i would definitely want him to start on my team (you can't ignore his talent and Ray Allen's on the downside of his career). however, i would be VERY worried about his selfish attitude.

he most likely would start on any team i nthe nba.  it would depend on the team and coach though, like the spurs would probably try to use him as the instant scoring off the bench, but play him like 35 min.

He is just that Good....he just needs to humble himself enough to know that the world doesn't revolve around him, he would be a favorite of everyone.  He is awesome, he is just what great athletes of today seem to be, and that's sad.  The old ones who were just as good as Kobe, or T.O. or Moss, but knew it was because of the the every day "Joe's"  (Fans) are the ONLY reason he gets payed the way he does and gets to do it while doing what he loves.  People like Wilt, Magic, Byrd, Sweetness, Staubach loved the fans and it was a two way street.  They both needed each other and the players appreciated the fans and the fans appreciated the players as well as loved watching them perform.  In those days, Kobe, T.O. would not have acted that way, because they knew if they did they could be digging a ditch for next years pay day.

I love sports, but because of all this type "Kobe" mess, I love college sports much more.
