Question:

Would LA ever support a losing team?

It seems that only only supports teams that win. If a team is not a Champ, then LA has no need for them. Both of their football teams bolted when they could no longer survive because of attendance problems. The Angels were an afterthought until the they found the rally monkey and started winning. The Clippers are the red-headed step child of the NBA. The only teams that have received continuous support are the Dodgers and the Lakers. Why do so many Laker fans call others bandwagoners, when LA is the MOAD (Mother Of All Bandwagons).

  1. Yes they do.

  2. look whos talking you ******* loser. boston had 100 fans in the arena two years ago and now its sold out. Lakers always had a full arena

  3. Tell us what it takes to do that?

I'm sure you have a lot of experience at it!!lol

    Raiders

    49ers

    A's

    Gaints

    Warriors

    Kings

    All suck!!

i say yes !!Dodgers suck but they get 4 million fans every year!!

  4. la was all over the clippers nuts when they thought brand and baron was going to be on the same team when brand bolted they had to pick out the pubic hairs out of their teeth and now all of a sudden clipper fans are no where to be found

  5. That is rubbish, Boston is the MOAB. Celtic fans weren't anywhere to be found when they were sore losers. U wasted ur time typing this. We have too many teams to support, therefore we take our pick and stick w/ that.

  6. They have and they always will.

So cal doesn't have as many losers as No cal does .

So why ask this question it just sets you to get ripped?

  7. NO..... dude, we both know Boston is the MOAB....

  8. LOL that is funny.

  9. dude course. we support the raiders i dont see them even being 500 -_- and even when lakers would lose to the suns you'd still see ppl imitation the shot kobe did to beat them in game 5 i believe.

  10. its between LA and Boston for the title of MOAB

Boston fans grew exponentially somehow??!! who knows...and yes i've seen LA fans dwindle when they weren't winning, and come back to life last year.

the Most LOYAL fans go to the BAY AREA!!! are numbers get bigger, but we never get smaller...no matter what even if our teams suck!! the niners and raiders sell out and they both suck...the warriors, even without B.DAVIS the fans will still be there

  11. Corey are you still hurting over losing Baron still?

Why care so much about LA. ?

Do you fans in the Bay support a loser?

    Answer is no!!

You have many losers to chose from!!

Don't talk about Angels fans ,they get 45 ,000 every night win or lose!

But your hurt from the Angels beating Giants in '02!!lmao....

  12. i agree that there are bandwagon fans in LA but there are just as many "real" fans like a lot of us here that support our team through both wins and losses.

and i highly doubt that anyone has ever called you a bandwagon fan because none of the teams you support have had any success in the past other than the niners.

  13. ***** Please

there was ton's of Lakers fans when they didn't make playoffs.. There was tons of Lakers fans when we Lost to Suns.. and there is tons of Lakers fans now

  14. Corey,

The reason that most L.A. fans support the Dodgers and the Lakers are because they were their first.  i have always been a Lakers fan and the Clippers were ok with me when they were the San Diego Clippers but as soon as they moved to L.A. i disliked them- because there is only one basketball team in L.A.

The same can be said for the Angels- who call themselves the L.A. Angels of Anaheim (and had the audacity) to put up a billboard near Dodger Stadium.

This is why i dislike the Clippers and Angels- has nothing to do with their success or lack-of.  i could care less- it's all about the Lakers and Dodgers in L.A. (because they are L.A.'s teams)!!

So how the heck does that make us "bandwagoners"- i would consider rooting for the Clippers or Angels if they moved out of L.A.

Bandwagoners- would be jumping on one team when they are more succesful- like the Angels have been more succesful than the Dodgers recently- but attendance says- Dodger fans are TRUE BLUE!

The Clippers had the one season where they made it farther than the Lakers (when they made the 2nd round) and the Lakers lost to the Suns (3 seasons ago) and overwhelmingly as you even acknowledge- LA is all about the Lakers

Those are the anti-thesis of being bandwagoners!!!

    Go Lakers- Go Dodgers!!!

    Nickster

  15. totally agree

  16. Answer my question its there in basketball section

    Look

  17. yeah, I supported the Lakers in 2005, the year they missed the playoff.

Sorry we never had a 12-year playoff drought like the Warriors.
