Would Lebron, Kobe or other NBA player speak out about darfur in the Olympic?

Will they get kick out? if that happend if U.S. didn't win gold medal, can that blame goes to them?

  1. i live in australia, but i think if america had there top team eg, kobe shaqe and the rest you guys would own everyone... but i guess top basketballers such as them need time out.

    Theres a lot of things that need to be talked about.....

    I wish Lebron and Kobe do something... But I dont think theyll speak out for anything cause they will alienate fans which means potential millions... thats why most pro athletes never want to comment on politics... cause it will literally cost them millions if their fans dont agree with them..

  4. Nah they wont speak out about darfur, theres a lot of talk about it right now but it would be stupid for them to. China is the biggest basketball country in the world in terms of fans and those guys are national stars.

    They make millions from chinese ads and other revenue. China is really sensitive about these olympics so any comment they make would be like throwing away millions of dollars.
