Both. These clubs are filled with young, star prospects. They need a veteran bat, like Ramirez, to help than. Although the Marlins seem to already being doing fine. This move will help the Dodgers close in the gap on the D-Backs. So, while I said that Ramirez would really help both of these young teams, he might give some more beneficial wins to the Dodgers.

Marlins

The Dodgers have way too many outfielders to accommodate Manny out there. Plus the Dodger management and their veteran players (i.e. Bowa, Torre, Kent) might rub Manny the wrong and that isn't going to be pretty.

Florida won't give Manny those problems. The can probably try Hermida in center, Willingham in right and put Manny in left. Also, they have the "Teal Monster" so Manny's defensive woes won't be as noticeable.

marlins for sure, he'll fit in with the young players and they're a playoff team which is exactly where he belongs, in the clutch in the WS.

The Marlins already have power, and they don't need Manny. The Marlins chemistry is great without manny and they don't need his antics. The Dodgers needed power and they got power. The Marlins would rather keep their future prospects than give it up.
