Would Mike Tyson be allowed to fight in the UFC?

if he were in his prime and the ear biting thing never happened, would he be allowed to compete? or do you strictly need MMA training?

The UFC would love to have Tyson, he would be a big draw and $$$ earner.  Tyson himself...I think not, he won't even fight in the K1 with a chump like Bob Sapp.

I don't think he's mentally stable enough. Could you imagine him in a clinch? Trying to gouge your eye out or bite your jugular? The authorities should keep him a million miles away from it.

if none of that ever happen and he is in his prime he still wouldnt be allowed,because of his friend don king.Dana White is to smart to let a disease like king into ufc,mma.i would like to see tyson and the ice man go at though.

They would let him now and the ear biting thing wouldn't have stopped anything.  MMA is just slang for "whatever".  Fighting is fighting and frankly, I would love to see a psychopath like Tyson in a sport where almost anything goes.

There would have been no law preventing it.  And during his prime MMA was better (no rules, no weight classes and no rounds).  Tank Abbott did OK back then, and Mike would have been a more brutal foe than Tank.  Mike would not have been required to wear gloves, and if he fired first against somebody the size of an average MMA fighter it would have been lights out.   The evolution of MMA has made it disadvantageous to boxers who wish to get into the octagon.

The way MMA is today, Mike would have little to no chance of winning anything.

he could do it now if he wanted to but what really plays against him is that he has only training in boxing.so if he was ever in mma which wont happen he would be at a huge disadvantage
