If you mean Nancy Pelosi, yes she is a weakling.  She would be President if the VP dies, as your question states.  She is the Speaker of the House and a socialist.

Well, one thing he did was to weaken the Dems argument against McCain's age.  Biden is 65, only 6 years younger than McCain.  Oh, how entertaining the Dems can be as they flounder around looking for a position that they can actually hold onto for more than 24 hours.
