After reading the documents that were filed this past fri.:

http://www.obamacrimes.com/index.php/component/content/article/1-main/1-philip-j-berg-esq-files-federal-lawsuit-requesting-obama-be-removed-as-a-candidate-as-he-does-not-meet-the-qualifications-for-president

I don't think he would pass the background check.

  1. He would pass the background check with flying colors.

The problem in politics is that rumors do not get a background check, so the political parties and their friends and supporters are allowed to make up millions of untrue rumors about opponents and send them off on the urban legend circuit, in hopes that enough people will believe the garbage that it will cost several politicians the election.

This election may be decided on urban legends about the candidates, and not on real issues like the economy, national defense, the constitution, energy policies, etc.

  2. No, because NYPD requires you to have military experience now.  I'm sure he'd pass on the background check though...

  3. Of course he would pass the background check. And you don't need to have military service, you need military service if you don't have the college experience. But he's too old anyway. They don't take new recruits older that 35.

Edit: You do realize that the filing of a lawsuit does not mean that he is guilty of anything. In this case, it is just an unhinged Hillary supporter who is trying to keep the disproven smears alive.
