Would People like Bakugan if it came before Yu-Gi-Oh or Pokemon?

ppl always say bakugan is a rip off yugioh but what if yugioh was a rip off bakugan

I never liked Bakugan. It's not a ripoff of Yu-Gi-Oh!, but it's not a true strategy game. It involves flicking little balls onto the cards first, and there's no real battling like Yu-Gi-Oh! or Pokémon.
