Yes.  The disproportionate of wages of the Blacks in America are still shocking.  While 25% of Blacks are at least middle income levels 75% is low.  One instance is a corporation (soft drink) has a black employee of 20 years, still only paying him $10.00.  The new white employees they are hiring in at $14.  There are many of those stories.

    Where everyone makes the same amount of money?

    That's communism, and I doubt it.
