Okay, So let's say a 13 year old girl (who has never drank before in her life.) goes to her guy friend's house, whom she trusts. Well, when she gets there, he pulls out 90 proof vodka and asks her to drink a shot or two. She's never drank alcohol before, and is curious, so she drinks it. Then he keeps giving her shot after shot till the point she passes out cold. While she's passed out, he has s*x with her.

Would you consider this rape?

Why or Why not?

(I asked this question because I know someone this happened to and we were discussing it today.)

Also, if this offends anyone, I'm sorry, I was just curious.

No matter what-having s*x with a 13 year old is rape. This was a premediated rape. The perp knew exactly how to get what he wanted. He's probably done it before and he will probably do it again. Yuck.
