Would USA accept Chinese offer ,if now China offered to send 100,000 PLA to help keep the order in Iraq?

if now China offered to send 100,000 PLA to help keep the order of Iraq,would USA accept the offer?

Only if under U.S. command. I doubt how effective the PLA would be since while large it is very far behind in terms of technology.

I don't see why not. I think it would be a good thing. We already have Japanese and South Koreans here.
