Would YOU rush Waimea Bay shorebreak on a 20'-25' day??

What would you use to ride it?

I'd use a nice gun.... and i'm not sure if i'd be taking it on the head or goin out on a ski.... me and a couple friends ride mavericks alot ... and on top of taking that **** on the head... you gotta worry about the cold.... but at mav's you can paddle around the break.... waimea is a pretty hardcore break.... i'm not sure.

just thinkin about that make my heart beat with excitement. hmm every time i think of Waimea Bay a light blue 8'0 thick and very wide board pops in my head everytime, no matter where i am, so in da future i think i'll learn to shape and shape me that board. so till I get that board for now I will watch with my mouth open at all da surfers surfn Waimea on a 20ft-25ft day.

Have you ever stood on shore at Waimea when

those monsters came in?

I've surfed over 30+ yrs and wouldn't even try going

out when it's that big.  Then again, the shore breaks

aren't that big. It's outside that get that big.
